All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Warranty

We guarantee that all plants leaving our nursery are healthy, true to name, and meet our high-quality standards. If any plant material is found to be mislabeled, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. However, due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot guarantee their viability once they leave our facility.

Refunds

Any concerns regarding plant material must be noted on the invoice at the time of delivery or pickup and reported to us immediately. If you are ever unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at cascaragardens@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
